Meta Eclipse: Product consultancy agency
A consultancy business was established to deliver Product/UX design services. The most notable project was the Lighthouse app, which involved ongoing collaboration over six months. Additionally, websites were designed and built for small businesses, including Orion, a Barcelona-based development firm. The consultancy also provided advisory services to founders, helping them plan new software and mobile applications through workshops, hackathons, and user research.

Project (Orion Hub):
Another project involved working with Orion Hub, a Barcelona-based development agency. The focus was on creating a design strategy to help the business deliver top-quality product design to its clients. This clear vision made pitching and securing new customers significantly easier. Additionally, emphasis was placed on guiding clients through a seamless onboarding process and diving into their projects. Alongside the design strategy, the company’s website was also developed.
Project (Scheme):
The third project was Scheme, a mobile app designed as a unified platform for organizing and participating in events of all sizes. Collaborating with the founders, the focus was on building a prototype to secure initial funding, a process currently underway. Leading the design efforts, the project began with user research to define key roles and personas. Insights from research and workshops shaped the wireframes, which were validated with 10 target users, leading to the development of a clickable prototype.
