My Role
I worked as a UX designer on numerous projects, designing solutions for companies across a wide range of industries and sectors. Below are some of the main tasks I’d complete:
Ran client workshops to gather client requirements, then interviewed and surveyed users to map out user needs and develop journey profiles to uncover ‘pain’ points.
Designed intranets using SharePoint and Office 365 services (Microsoft Gold Partner).
Used big data (Experian) to gain a wider user base for the client’s online platforms, creating detailed user personas.
Due to client privilege confidentiality, I can’t show internal company intranets or the data and personas used for their website rebuilds but here are a few companies with which I worked with.
