IKEA: E-learning platfom
Collaborating with Given Agency's E-learning specialists, we developed an internal tool for IKEA to guide their global social campaigning teams in crafting impactful change initiatives. As the UX Designer, I curated and analysed research from the client and other successful learning platforms. These insights informed the mapping of user flows which were validated with users before design and implementation. For the user testing, I engaged with users from 10 different countries that had started using the initial tools.

Key project - E-leaning platform for social change
"IKEA is renowned for its proactive stance on social campaigning and support, consistently empowering its global teams to initiate impactful projects. With a wealth of successful campaigns under their belt, IKEA sought to leverage the collective knowledge and experiences of their employees to develop a unified and accessible tool for future endeavours.
This project aimed to amalgamate the insights gained from years of campaign execution into a cohesive resource, enabling teams to navigate the complexities of social campaigning with ease. Through extensive engagement with diverse participants, I meticulously analyzed and distilled their feedback into actionable user journeys.
The personas and user journeys I crafted provide a glimpse into the strategic approach taken, although the final designs and outcomes remain confidential due to contractual obligations.
